On the morning of 30th December, the School Lecture Hall was filled with colors, happy laughters and cheerful voices in a strong and intoxicating festive atmosphere where joy converges into an ocean. At this time of bidding farewell to the old year and ushering in the new, the Junior High Department of Anqing Foreign Language School's east campus held the New Year art show. Teachers and students gather together with the expectation of the New Year, sending off the harvest year 2019 and greeting the promising year 2020 with festive songs and joyful dances.
Initially at the beginning of the grand event, four hosts appeared on the stage with well written host address, which immediately attracted the attention of the audience.
Afterwards, in the warm New Year speech, Director Li extended her sincere greetings and best wishes to the teachers and students, expressing her praise for the fruitful achievements of the past year and the vision for the bright future. Director Li encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of unity in the New Year, never forget the original intention, continue to move forward and strive for greater achievements.
Specifically, accompanied by bursts of singing, the New Year's day art show officially opened. There are songs and dances in different styles, funny textbook plays, refreshing environmental fashion shows and orchestral music with endless aftertaste. The teachers and students meticulously prepared wonderful programs one by one, which brought the audience a unique visual feast.
The two incredible art performances, condensing the wisdom and hard work of all teachers and students of the Junior High Department, demonstrated the colorful campus cultural life, singing the melody of harmony and endeavor.
